Feta makes everything betta

After {peeling, cutting, coring, chopping, steaming} pureeing the nugget some plums and pears today, and washing up spinach for smoothies and salads...

           ...I was in no mood to spend another hour making breakfast.

So, using my creative brain cells, I pureed whipped up this easy breakfast.

Thanks to the hubs for the awesome eggs!

Two slices toast (egglish english muffin style), 
      sprinkled with feta cheese, 
           topped with over medium eggs, spinach and tomatoes.
dash of salt and pepper.

This was so easy because I had everything on hand, cut up & ready to use.
